We offer a wide breadth of change recruitment expertise through an established network of proven interim practitioners. We specialise in providing high quality change personnel whether it's managing a change or transformation programme, process or service improvement to create a new way of working, utilising technology and systems or equipping the people to establish a change.

We currently operate this service across Management, Process, Technology and Organisation Development in sectors such as Health and Social Care, Local Government, Central Government & Banking and Finance.

Following a detailed assignment brief, we will recommend a tailored combination of sector, skill and experience to help you find what you want and need from the marketplace.
